no salt added diced tomatoes , undrained | | 3 cup |
cooked ham , diced | 6.0 oz. | 1.5 cup |
no salt added tomato paste | 3.5 oz. | 0.333 cup |
garlic powder | | 1 tsp. |
Italian seasoning | | 2 tsp. |
crushed red pepper , optional | | 1 tsp. |
1. Heat oil in a stockpot. Add onion. Sauté over medium heat until tender, about 1 minute.
2. Add Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup, milk, beans, diced tomatoes, ham, tomato paste and seasonings. Stir until fully blended.
3. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
4. To Serve: Using a 6 fl. oz. ladle, portion 3/4 cup soup into soup bowl. Serve immediately.
