1. Heat oil in large saucepot. Sauté onions for 3 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add potatoes, red peppers, corn, thyme, salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add milk, water and Campbells® Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup. Simmer for 10 minutes on low to medium heat.
CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
4. To serve, using a 6 fl. oz. ladle, portion 3/4 cup soup into soup bowl. Serve immediately.
